Orders:

1. When will I receive my order?

For immediate delivery items, they usually take anywhere between 5-6 business days

For pre-orders (jeans, winter collection items & bags), it can take anywhere between 10-12 business days (can be subject to delays due to weather conditions, holidays, etc.)

2. How do we confirm our payment if we have opted for a pre-paid method?

You will receive an email confirmation on your email provided. Please deposit the total amount into one of the accounts and send us a screenshot on our whatsapp or instagram @shoprepete along with your order ID

3. In case of parcel delay who do we contact?

You can reach out to us via our live chat on our website or send us a DM on our instagram @shoprepete. We are very responsive on both mediums. 

Exchange & Returns:

1. Can I return/exchange an item?

We do not accept returns and exchange for our articles unless there is a major fault with the product.

However if there is a major sizing issue, you can send us a DM on our instagram page @shoprepete with the order ID for exchange only. Once we verify your purchase, you will need to send the article back within 5 days of receiving the item to the address provided. 

Shipping costs to exchange the item will be covered by the customer. It will be borne by us if the initial item received was not correct/faulted. 

Payment:

1. What prepayment methods are acceptable for pre-orders?

We accept Bank Transfer, Jazzcash and Easypaisa. If you have any trouble with the pre-paid methods, please message us via our chat bot on our website or message us on Instagram @shoprepete

Selling

1. How do we sell our items on Repete?

Firstly, you can send us a DM on our instagram page @shoprepete telling us you wish to sell your clothes! 

We will ask for pictures of the items prior and approve those that we think will be able to sell. Once approved, you will have to ship the items to us.

After receiving the item(s), we will quality check everything within 2 days of receiving them and let you if any are unapproved. The approved item(s) will be uploaded within a week of receiving them. 

 

2. How much commission do you take for each item?

Here is our commission model:

25% - Items priced below 2000 PKR.

30% - Items priced at 2000 PKR - 5000 PKR

35% - Items priced above 5000 PKR

Commission for items above stated price will depend on the brand and quality of the product.

3. How does Repete help us sell our items?

At Repete, we take the responsibility to quality check, market and cover logistics of your clothes to your customers

4. What happens if the item we send is unapproved?

Unapproved items and the reason of disapproval will be conveyed to the seller within 2 days of receiving the item. 

The seller can choose to either donate the item to charity or request for it to be sent back. (Shipping cost to send the item back will be borne by the seller).  

 

 

5. How do we get paid for our items?

You will get paid via Easypaisa, Jazzcash or Bank transfer. 

You will be paid after the customer receives the item.

We will provide you the receipt via Whatsapp or on Instagram DM.
