What Doesn't Find Another Buyer
How do we know you have received our items?
We will send a confirmation on the email you have provided in the pricing form within 2 working days from when your items were received.
Email will consist of all items received, items approved and items rejected.
How long will it take to upload our items?
Item processing can take up to 7 working days from when the items were received.
What happens if the item we send is unapproved?
Items that are rejected will be detailed in the confirmation email sent to the seller. Sellers have the option to request a return of their items (shipping charges to be borne by the seller) or choose to donate them to a local charity.
If there's no response from the seller regarding the status of rejected items within 14 working days of the confirmation email, ownership of these items will be transferred to Repete.
How do we get paid for our items?
Sellers get paid via preferred method of payment as mentioned in the pricing form.
Receipt of the payment will be provided via email for each item sold.
